Windows 10: Stuck at set up a new pin, microsoft wont send a code to my gmail

It's exactly as the title says, it doesnt send any code to my outlook email... I dont know how to fix this as I am stuck with "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your pin again." And when i click to set up my pin and press send code, it doesnt send anything! I've checked the spam if it got caught there but to no avail. any fix?Also for extra information i have accidentally removed my device from accounts on my haste as someone said this would work... Microsoft does not send code to Gmail

My Huawei BookMate does not recognize fingerprint and PIN.

My recovery mail sends me to my GMail Account to receive the identity code. But Microsoft does not send codes to GMail. Code not in Spam or anywhere else.

Settings say I cannot change the GMail.

How to solve the problem?

I have several gmail accounts and can sign into Chrome with each except for one.
When I attempt to sign in with the problem account it tells me that the password is incorrect.
Using Gmail's account recovery & 2 factor authentication gmail sends a verification code to my phone (which I receive).
The next step is to enter the verification code into account recovery which it accepts.
It then states that it will send a code to my recovery email address.
However, I don't receive the email.
I've attempted using a different recovery email address with no luck.
Now the email account is working since it receives (& sends) emails daily (vial Mailbird).
It's just not possible to sign into Chrome with it.
Any suggestions?

 

Verification Code Email Will Not Send to Gmail

My Computer recently updated and wants me to reset my pin. I connect myself to the internet, and go through the steps to set it up. I enter the correct password to my account and then it says that it needs to verify with my secondary email. I enter my email correctly (I checked it multiple times), and then it says that it sent the code to my email and to enter the code I received. The problem is, I never receive the email. My secondary email is a gmail, so it is not a microsoft one. I have gone through this process multiple times and I have not received a code at all. I thought that if I signed in on another device that I could get the code to go through, no such luck. I even signed into my gmail account on a different device, and it is not there either. I have cleared my cache, and cookies on my browser. I have checked my spam folder and my promotions folder, no verification code email. In an attempt to go in a roundabout way to fix the issue, I was able to log on with a different device to my microsoft account and added my phone number as an option to send verification codes to. Now it says that this will not process until a month later, and when I try to go through the process to reset my pin on my computer, I enter the password for the account, then it says that my security info change is till pending and won't let me do anything else. I can not cancel the request because it requires a verification code from the gmail account that it won't send an email to. I can't figure out any more that I can do to get my code and why the email is not being sent to my gmail. I have been able to recieve codes before when I was first setting up my computer, so I don't understand why it is doing this now. If I could maybe get a one time verification code to log in, that would be great.
