Windows 10: PC does not start session

Good evening,When I try to log into my computer, it freezes or gets stuck. I searched on YouTube and they suggested clicking on “I forgot my PIN”. I did that and tried to sign in, but the main problem is that it asked for a phone number that I no longer have access to. Because of that, I’m unable to use my computer I need your help“This sign-in option is disabled due to failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Please use a different sign-in option or keep the device turned on for at least 2 hours and try again.”

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

How do I open up a new session in IE10?

Here are the steps on how to open a new session in Internet Explorer:

• Search Internet Explorer.
• Click Alt.
• Go to File.
• Then click New session.

Note: This option is only available in Internet Explorer 11.

Why does my Focus Session on Windows Clock stop before the session is over?

Every time I start the focus session, the session automatically stops, when there are 24 minutes left in my session. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried repairing, resetting, and uninstalling the app, but it doesn't fix anything.
