    Canon 3 in 1 scanner does not work after upgrade windows 11


    I have worked with Windows Tech support twice. The first time Tech Support was gone after the checking I did then came back to the call. call was dropped. The second time I was transferred to different source. offsite. justAnswer the technician logged into my computer, made several changes, added a printer button on my apps panel, and it worked. later I found out this would only let me scan 1 page at a time. I got charged $55.00 for this expert support that Windows 11 Tech support transferred me to. The 3 in 1 I am using is not on your latest listed printers.Canon MF8580Cwn 3 in 1. But the

    My Canon Pixma MP495 scanner no longer works with windows 11

    AS advised by Microsoft, I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

    All is OK but when I tried to scan a document from my Canon PIXMA MP495 it will not work - the printer works but not the scanner.

    And according to Microsoft and Canon, the scanner driver is no longer supported by Windows 11

    Without having to buy a new printer, how can this be resolved?

    Hi Jacob,

    I suggest you to visit the manufacture website to download and install latest CanoScan LiDE 700F drivers in compatibility mode.

    To install the CanoScan LiDE 700F scanner in compatibility mode follow the below steps:

    1. Right-click on the setup file and select Properties.

    2. Select Compatibility tab.

    3. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

    4. Let the CanoScan LiDE 700F scanner install and then check the functionality.

    Canon MG5350 scanner not working

    The scanner in my Canon Pixma MG5350 has stopped working - I get a message "U network scanner EX cannot be found. Re-install scanner driver". I have re-installed all the drivers from Canon but still not working.

    I have been in contact with Canon support who suggest that this is a windows problem and that even if I change my printer I will still not be able to scan.

    I am on window 10 version 1809 build 17763.134

    I would appreciate and help in resolving this issue
