Windows 10: How do I delete old user profile folders by date i.e. any profiles older the 30 days from a...

I am trying to find a way to delete old user profiles from windows machines machine by date ie older then 30 days using either a GPO or a PS scriptThe GPO does not seem to work and the scripts that I have tried all seem to fail as well

Delete user profile after x days GPO for Win10

Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Administrative Templates -> System -> User Profiles

• "Delete user profiles older than a specified number of days on system restart"
  

This GPO is supposed to delete any user profile older than x amount of days but fails to do so because my antivirus will run a scan on the profile and update the "last modified" property. Apparently there's a KB(983544) that fixes this issue in Windows
7 but it's not compatible with Windows 10. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Deleted User but Cannot Remove Profile Folder

None of this works. Silly me for deleting the profile via control panel.

So when I go to the systempropertiesadvanced, the profile is not listed.

When I go to the registry keys, the profile is not listed there either.

But the c::\users\ has the folders that I cannot delete.
