Windows 10: PROBLEMS WITH WINDOWS 11 INSTALL

Problems with a new Windows 11 install: Windows requested that I enter my email, so I did and then it requested that I enter a PIN, that's when the screen showed where I was supposed to enter a PIN was not possible because I got this:On a new PC, I was setting up Windows and then I was asked to enter a PIN but the screen that appeared did not allow me to enter a PIN and the screen is frozen there, I have rebooted the computer several times and all I get is the same screen..https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cFW6hKPWnXiPPsbHlXTAw4gQha0RkCUb/view?usp=sharing

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

 

Problems with clean installing windows 11 .

I have some questions .

1. Will be bitlocker enabled in the new windows installation ?
   
2. "Replace X" is a command I should type in the Command Prompt or you mean that I should replace X with the partition number while typing in the Command Prompt.
   
3. After these steps ,what problems are possible when installing Windows 11? I have ran into lots of problems in this procedure and I want to know if there are more problems for me .
