Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck on welcome fix

I see a bunch of people still struggling fixing this and even microsoft support not knowing what to do and i’ve found my own fix i would like to shareI’ve tried every solution online and couldn’t fix this then finally found it by myself troubleshooting my servicesboot into safe modelogin might sit on welcome for around 5 min but in safe mode it should load if it doesn’t the services isn’t the problem when logged in windows + r type in “msconfig”go to services and click hide microsoft servicesdeselect services in groups and take notes on what fixes it and doesn’t and u can narrow it down to one

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
