Windows 10: Admin with no permissions to access anything on PC. Tried everything.

Keep on getting "windows cannot access the specified device..." notification. I'm an admin and I've tried everything. I can't even open command prompt as administrator. Also, for whatever reason, once I sign in to my PC, there's a black screen for a while before desktop screen finally shows up. I've tried the advanced start up, I've tried resetting the PC but can't because of no permissions. I'm at my wits end.

I tried the guide and other tips and nothing worked.. In the end it was Comodo Internet Suite that was causing the problem. I uninstalled this crappy software and Poof I had access to all permissions again.
