Windows 10: Trouble with Bluetooth connecting to my Alexa

Hello.There is this problem I get with my Alexa Dot when connecting to my computer. Every time I connect this device to my pc, it disconnects randomly, and when I try to reconnect, it says it's already connected to it. Then I have to spam on and off on my Bluetooth settings just for it to reconnect. Does this have to do with the RFCOMM Protocol TDI? I have to disconnect my Alexa and reconnect it just for it to work again for a few minutes before disconnecting. The Alexa is right next to my PC, literally the only Bluetooth device I use. What can I do to solve this issue? Thank you!

Trouble using Bose QC35 headphones, Alexa and Bluetooth

Don't have Bose Bluetooth, wish I did. Mine are wired.

Under method two, is this still applicable to your version of the software?





Search high and low for actual screen shots / manual. No luck.

I might also contact Bose, sounds like a glitch in app software. What kind of phone are you using with App and is up to date?

Trouble Connecting To Bluetooth Device

Thank you for updating us with the issue.

I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.

Follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the driver:

Step 1: Steps to uninstall the device:

• 
  Press Windows key
  + R to open Run.
  
• 
  Type devmgmt.msc and press
  Enter.
  
• 
  Locate Bluetooth Device.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and select
  Uninstall.
  
• 
  Also place a check mark beside the option
  “delete driver files for the device”.
  
• 
  Restart the computer
  

Windows should automatically try to find and install the appropriate driver on restart. In case if it fails to install the driver automatically. If that didn’t work try step 2.

Step 2: Update Driver Software from the Manufacturer’s website:

Go to the manufacture website and search for the latest Bluetooth drivers compatible with Windows 10 available for the device model and then install.
