Windows 10: How can I fix this problem? Kinda have important stuff on this laptop

Hi,this might be challenging so i dont blame anyone for not answering. Ok, so I have a laptop with a cracked screen, so I use a TV as a display. After updating the laptop, it seems as if it won't boot into windows. Nothing shows up on the TV when I turn it on, even though the laptops display is lit up. Maybe its reboot loop? After turning it on and pressing enter the screen blinks on the laptop but then it doesn't boot, it just goes back and stays on unless I shut down the laptop. It's not the hdmi cord I've checked everything, it just won't boot into windows nor display on my TV. Honestly I
