    I was playing "We Were Here" and the game and laptop both kept crashing, with the laptop shutting down. Event viewer message: The previous system shutdown at 2:39:32 AM on ‎6/‎11/‎2025 was unexpected.Have no idea why this happened.     Oxymoron that is.... Your saying doubtful it would overheat but recommend he blows the dust with compressed air and recommend a laptop cooler. Now thats hilarious. Just saying.... I think you just said what I did but took the mantainence a step further.

    the KV55M looks to be of an 'ultrabook' style, it wouldnt surprise me if it was overheating.

    Secondly I dont think theres a panel at the bottom of the laptop where you can access the hardware inside for maintenance like most ultrabook styled laptops.


    my suggestion would get a can of compressed air and give the vents a good blast to clear up any dust that may have obstructed the airflow of the heatsink. secondly consider getting a laptop cooler and use it when you do play games.
