Windows 10: Windows 10 Reset this PC function

Hi, I'm just curious about some details from the function Reset this PC. So basically this function as the ability of doing a full clean then reinstall and that's what I want but my concern is that will it affect my second disk. I have two SSD drive, one which has the C: partition for the system and the other one is D: which contain personal files. I was wondering if the full clean would affect both disk or just the one with Windows installed on it, and will I have to reformat the drive that has my personal files on?

Having random resets on Windows 10

I would suggest trying another PSU.
It appears to me it cuts out under load.
Use CPUID HWMonitor to check voltages while running at idle, then load.
Not resetting while in BIOS, does not mean Hardware isn't to blame, it only shows basic drivers and hardware are functioning correctly.
