Windows 10: Network adapter Issue

So i use an Asus Tuff f15 gaming laptop and my network adapter is mediatek wi-fi 6 mt7921 wireless lan card that always has this one problem that's getting out of hands which when i keep using my laptop its completely fine but after a while it disconnects and when i try to find it in my device manager i see it as "hidden" so i went over to reddit and youtube as a last resort for being unable to solve this issue in google but still nothing worked not even a bit. I would be very appreciate full if anyone knows what might seems to be the problem or knows how to fix it and also one more thing. My

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

We recommend that you try the steps on the Update the network adapter driver,
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands, and Use network reset to reinstall network devices sections.
