Windows 10: I have a huion tablet connected to my lenovo LOQ laptop, the pen to text doesnt work

I recently got a new laptop Lenovo LOQ and i have connected it to my Huion H610pro nondisplay drawing tablet. I want to use pen-to-text feature as it makes it easier for me than typing. but its not working. no matter how many times i tried. it worked perfectly with the windows ink in windows 10.

• Are you able to connect any other Bluetooth device to the laptop?
  
• Are you able to connect the Huion P68 Pen to any other device?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code when you attempt to connect the Pen?

Huion KAMVAS 22 streams my computer display but the pen doesn't work can you help me find what is wrong?

1. Driver Installation:
   
   • Uninstall any existing Huion drivers. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find the Huion driver, and uninstall it.
     
   • Restart your computer.
     
   • Download the latest driver for your Huion Kamvas 22 from the Huion official website. Be sure to download the driver that matches your Windows version.
     
   • Temporarily disable your antivirus software to prevent it from interfering with the driver installation.
     
   • Disclaimer: Temporarily turn off antivirus protection. However, keep in mind that if you do so, your device may be vulnerable to threats. So please turn it on immediately once issue fixed.
     
   • Install the driver with administrative privileges (right-click the installer and select "Run as administrator").
     
   • After installation, restart your computer again.
     
2. USB Connection:
   
   • Check your USB cables and ports. Try different USB ports on your computer, preferably a USB port directly on the motherboard at the back of the computer for desktops.
     
   • If you're using a USB hub or USB-C to USB adapter, connect the tablet directly to the computer instead.
     
3. Pen & Tablet Calibration:
