Windows 10: I need help for a black screen/no signal issue

So my dad has a HP i3 8gb 1tb desktop which he has had for a few years now with no issues at all, it has been sitting in his house for over a year long story and yesterday i was able to bring it too my house, i fitted up the monitor VGA Cable, keyboard, mouse and power cable turned it on and nothing happened, so i hooked it up too my LG TV via a HDMI Cable and it wasn't appearing on the TV either, i need hooked it up too my monitor via a HDMI cable and still nothing, all i'm getting is "No Signal" i have taken the RAM out and cleaned it, i have removed the Bios Battery flushed the system
