Windows 10: Win 11 incorrectly reports no internet connection sincs 24H2 update.

Since updating Win 11 24H2 my PC reports it has no Ethernet or wifi internet connection, but it obviously has, otherwise I couldn't be sending this. The device manager shows both the ethernet and the wireless adapters are working, but network and sharing center reports no internet connection with either. It's not a great problem but it means Phonelink thinks there's no connection.Other Win 11 PCs with Ethernet / wifi connecting to the same router have no problems.

Trying to connect to a printer that is physically on a Win 10 computer from a Win 11 computer to no avail.
