Windows 10: Is there anyway I can get this message loop to dissappear?

Im Resetting my lenovo ideapad 330 for my daughter to use. Everything i hit ok it comes back around in a loop to the same screen, I can't press anything else for any other option apart from the off button but again it brings back to same place

All my text messages have dissappeared overnight. Facebook messages are still there, but all text messages are gone.



The text messages arrived today behave normally, but all messages received yesterday and before are mysthically gone. Nothing else has dissappeared



Has somebody experienced that problem ? any solution to restore those sms or at list some of the important ones?

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
