Windows 10: Pin not working after BIOS update on Windows 11. How do I access my computer!?!

I have a brand new computer with Windows 11. I installed an update to BIOS and afterwards got a pin error when the computer restarted. When I click the button to create a new pin, it never sends an email from Microsoft to reset I can access email via my phone. I can not open my computer to access anything without the pin!I have tried restarting multiple times 4 times in a row and a full shut down and restart. Plus many other restarts.I have tried to restore the system from an earlier point in time, and I get the same error.I have tried to restart in safe mode, but I get the same error.I a

access BIOS settings in Win 10

I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?

It seems that your operating system was no longer aligned with your BIOS after installing a BIOS update for your HD3P main board.

For us to diagnose and address the problem, we suggest starting your computer in safe mode and check if the PIN is working while in that state. If it's working, then a 3rd party application may have caused the issue. To start your PC in safe mode, please

If the PIN is not working in safe mode, then a reset is suggested to correct the problem. The operating system should always go with the BIOS. If the BIOS is freshly updated, then the OS has to be fresh as well. Check out

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?
