    Hello,First time typing here.I have a very bad expirience with electronics.Right now in my MSI Katana 17 everytime I change the configuration from MSI Center where it controls the performance of my GPU 4070 RTX BitLocker somehow Detects an issue and blocks the laptop.I do not know why is this happening and if it is either a big issue or just software/hardware mishapI have tried to upload the fotos from the error screens and codes but i am unable to do that.If you ask me i will try it again or send the error code line that i was able to see once i got the BitLocker screens.Thanks

    Bitlocker frequently locking computers

    Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately these suggestions don't really fit our needs. We want to use BitLocker and don't want to disable it. The problem we have is that it locks some of our computers from time to time. Ideally we will make use of BitLocker but not have it blocking our computers.

    I have tried:

    1. Turning off BitLocker
    2. Installing all Driver and Windows Updates
    3. Turning BitLocker back on again
    Maybe this will help. We will wait and see.

    Hi,

    I understand that you have issue with Bitlocker password. I will certainly assist you with this.

    Please provide us below details for better assistance,


    • Is your Bitlocker enabled on your system?

    • Have you made any changes on your system before this issue?

    Please follow these steps and check if that helps.

    Method 1: I suggest you to start the BitLocker Device Encryption service.

    Follow the below steps:

    1. Press Windows key + R from the Keyboard.

    2. Type services.msc and hit Enter.

    3. Search for BitLocker Device Encryption service.

    4. Double click on BitLocker Device Encryption service and click on Start button.

    5. Click on the dropdown list and set the Startup type to Automatic.

    If the issue persists then change the password and change the settings on how drive is unlocked at startup.

    MSI Dragon center stopped working after Windows update

    I have a MSI Gaming laptop and the Dragon Center app which can change the performance by overclocking the gpu etc. stopped working after a recent windows update - about 2 or 3 weeks ago.
    When I try to turn it on it asks if I give it permission to make changes on my computer or whatever it is, but then does not turn on. I already tried reinstalling, but the same thing happened.
    I clicked on setup and it asked for this permission thing but did not launch. Does anyone know how to solve this thing? Thanks
