    My fan starts when I open my laptop, and it works continuously when it is open. even when I am not doing any heavy task, itthe fan functions constantly, I have Defender antivirus, I have HP Victus Intel I5 RTX3050

    Laptop Fan Running Constantly

    Three year old HP laptop, fan has always been noisy but this is new. I have tried everything I have found via Google to stop the fan but nothing is working. If I put the laptop on battery the fan stops almost immediately but as soon as its plugged in it starts again. There is no difference in the power setting for System Cooling. Any suggestions other than tearing it apart?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
