Windows 10: BSOD RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED 0xE3 Caused by WdFilter.sys — How to Trace File or Operation?

Hi guys,I'm troubleshooting a recent BSOD on a Windows 10 19041.1 industrial PC that runs vision inspection software. I've encountered multiple crashes very frequently recently, however this is the first time I'm encountering this bugcheck code. BSOD RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED

Hi,

computer start bluescreen multiple times saying "RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED"

found this thread Bug Check 0xE3 RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED - Windows drivers | Microsoft Docs but don't understand what should i do.

windows version is 1909

antivirus is windows defender

last software installed



what i've tried:
run sfc /scannow - found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
run restore health - completed 100%
run dell diagnostic hardware - no hardware issue found
update driver & BIOS update via dell application
update ms office desktop application

but bluescreen still appear

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: qcamain1.sys .

solution, locked.

I did get BSOD almost everytime I moved the laptop.

This worked for me:

unscrew wifi module, push a little into the socket. Screw in. DONE
