    lost everything to a scam


    I purchased a program that turned out to be a scam, My network and wifi is missing, when i try to manually enter , it says i am not allowed access to the network. The program is suppose to be malware/virus protection and remover. There is no wifi no network, and no troubleshooters found on my laptop. I tried to reset the network adapter and it could not dp it... What can i do???? Carolann
