Windows 10: My computer won't open windows 11 it says my account doesn't exist but shows an old email...

When I sign in to Windows 11 the computer shows an older email address then says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter different account or get a new one" but when I enter the correct email sign in and it sends me a code to that email the computer goes back to the start up page then again says my first name and sign in again in a unending loop. I've tried reloading Windows twice and spent hours with Microsoft Live Chat with no results.

1TB WD won`t show up on my computer!

I got this problem that my Hard drive is not been seen by my laptop.I have tried many different ways solving it but it didn`t work once.I

have tried to change the letter, to format it, to turn it online but nothing works because i can`t accesse it and it show up as gray.When i open Disk Manager the computer says it is unkown and not initialized and it doesn`t show the capacity as well.When
i try to initialize it, it shows to different settings.First MBR and GPT but i have tried both of them and it shows that the REQUEST WAS FAILED DUE TO A FATAL DEVICE HARDWARE ERROR.I have also watched several YT videos but it didn`t help.I have also thought
about the cable broken but as it only 3 months new is i wouldn`t really consider it as possible.Never has it fallen or anything.It worked yesterday evening but as for today it won`t show up.

Please Help

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?
