Windows 10: AKG headphones not working on windows 10 Lenovo laptop

Hello, I have a pair of AKG EO IC100 type c earphones that worked on my laptop for several months, until today. My Lenovo laptop is a LOQ 15ARP9. They just stopped working on this device precisely. On my phone they still work, on another laptop they still work just fine. I've tried to follow another guide, by uninstalling the device in 'Device Manager', restarting the laptop, and reinstalling the drivers, but now the device won't be detected by Device Manager, no matter how hard I try, so it won't even reinstall the drivers for the earphones. Lenovo Vantage won't detect the device either. Yes,

Samsung AKG earphones are no longer working at my windows 11

Hello. I have the same problem with a Lenovo L14 Thinkpad laptop. I just bought new Samsung AKG usb-c headphones and they are only recognized by Windows 11 as input (microphone). Tried a bunch of things, including updating the BIOS), but nothing seems to be working...
