Windows 10: My 2nd computer says it's blocked for security reasons. Alarm is going off.

My 2nd computer is blocked. It says fir security issues.

Hi, Have voice message on computer advising that access blocked for security reasons. Ask to call support on 02045871207 who wanted me to type in www.support.me but as this gives them access I hung up. How can I safely restart, thanks

I am Jaspreet Singh.

Press ctrl+shift+esc keys together and it should open taskmanager.

Close the app that is blocking the access and check the startup apps and disable any apps that are unrecognized.

Then go to settings/apps and uninstall any app that you have not installed from the installed apps list.

After that look in the extensions in your installed browsers and remove any extensions that were installed without your permission.

Lastly click on the search bar and type in control panel and press enter.

In control panel click on uninstall a program link and check the list for any apps that were not installed by you and double click on them to uninstall them (ensure you do not uninstall visual c++ versions as they are necessary for your system)
