Windows 10: My laptop won’t boot up to the windows Lock Screen

My laptop won’t boot up to the windows Lock Screen. I have had the system restore running for 5 hours now and I am not sure if I should just let it keep running. It is just stuck on the brand of the computer loading screen and it says please wait. This is a new issue after I just did a windows update on Wednesday and did not need my laptop until today so that’s when I noticed. It’s a Gigabyte G6 KF.

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
