Windows 10: I updated windows around 1am today and now my computer freezes after being on for 4...

I was up late, downloaded the newest update pretty much when it came out since I was getting off for the night anyways, and now my pc is only accessible for about 5 minutes after I turn it on. There is no spike in cpu, gpu, or any system when it freezes, I only know this because I left my task manager open while waiting for the freeze to watch for any changes. I just want to be able to use my pc.
