    i just purchased this hp 15 laptop /i saved up and had it delivered and they are saying my warranty is expired i just purchased it with my debit card two weeks ago [ WTH] like they are telling me know return ? F####KING CRAzy!!!~

    Hi Paul,

    For us to isolate the issue with your external fan, please provide the following information:

    • When did the issue start?
    • Have you tried connecting other USB external devices to your laptop? If yes, what was the result?
    • Have you tried connecting your external fan to another computer?

    Is there a BIOS setting that would affect problem where the system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly?
