Windows 10: How to open msconfig from recovery mode.

I accidentally disabled all services from msconfig, and when I boot up, it won't let me input my pin. Saying "something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your pin again." If i press set up pin it will prompt me to download an app from the store. But I can't access the store without going into boot. Please help.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

1-Restart your computer while holding the “Shift” button

2-The Advanced Startup menu will open on the boot.

3-Go to Troubleshoot.

4-Now, go to Advanced Options > System restore

5-Select a restore point and click on next to restore

Another option that you can try is to boot in safe mode and restore the msconfig settings.
