PC keeps restarting randomly and will blast its fans

I have a pretty good computer that I use for gaming mostly. The specs are Intel Core i-9900k and an nvidia rtx 2080 with 16 gbs of ram and a 800 watt power supply. It's drivers are up to date and Windows is updated. The issue is that it will randomly just
restart and blast its fans, sometimes the screen will go black and the fans will blast too and the only way to fix it is to press the physical button to turn it off. I suspect that it is my gpu that is messing up however I do not know what the issue is.

 

PC monitors turn black but my pc is still on.

Yesterday this problem with my PC started happening. So after a couple of hours of having my PC on my screens just turn black( i have 2 screens so its not the cable) but the pc is still on and working, because i can still talk and hear my friends through
Skype although the screens are black. I run windows 10 and have set everything to never when it comes to putting my pc in sleep mode etc.

 

Screen turns black while playing game can still hear audio though, have to reset pc or it'll be stuck on the black screen

It started while I was playing a game. My screen went black but I could still hear my friends in discord and the game audio and youtube in the background.

I waited a while to see if just the game simply crashed but my monitor never turned back on so I had to restart my pc.
