Windows 10: Installation of Windows 10 on wiped, secondhand laptop brings me to company login page

Hello,I bought a lenovo p52 secondhand on ebay. It came with a wiped disk. However, when I attempted to reinstall windows 10 from a disk image on a USB, it brought me to a login page of a random company. This brings me to a few questions.Is it worth it to buy a new windows activation key so I'm not using the license the company used?Does this mean I'm still connected to the company's azure directory, and therefore can have my disk wiped by them at any time?What should I do if I want to install and run windows?I don't think this was a stolen device, as the seller had a >99% positive feedback

I suggest creating a backup image of your os drive

 

Installing Windows 10 Stuck

I, actually, was performing a full clean, wiping everything from the computer. Windows 10 came with the laptop. Where would I find the product key? Also, how do I get pass the Installing Windows page to perform the steps listed on the suggested post.

I have refreshed and restored Windows laptops before. I have never had this particular problem.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
