Windows 10: Command net user username /time

Discus and support Command net user username /time in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I use the command net user username /time:M-F,19:00-23:00;Sa-Su,11:00-23:00.     I use the command net user username /time:M-F,19:00-23:00;Sa-Su,11:00-23:00. Then I use net user username and see 6 restrictions, not 7, Sunday is missing. The user cannot access on Sunday. Is there any limitation?
