Windows 10: Background still getting compressed after trying everything.

Ive been trying to stop having my background images compressed and ive tried everything and nothing worked. Ive tried updating regedit many times, ive restarted my device almost 10 times and nothing has been working. It seems like it has been working for everyone but me. Ive even tried editing a wallpaper folder. I really dont know what to do and im tired of having my backgrouds compressed when I download a high quality image.

• Press Windows Logo Key + I. Then click on Personalization.
• Click on Background to change it.

Desktop background gone black after a few minutes of use on laptop.

Desktop background and taskbar going black could be due to software conflicts.

We would like to know some information to better assist you with your concern:

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you get any error messages or error codes?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try to check if the "Show Windows Background" option is turned on. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings in the Start menu.
• Go to Ease of Access, then on the left side, click
  Other options.
• Turn on Show Windows Background and check if it works.
