    Urgent! Persistent False Positive Detection of Our Software as Trojan:Win32/Kepavll!rfn

    Hello,We are a software development company whose desktop application is being falsely detected as Trojan:Win32/Kepavll!rfn by Microsoft Defender on our users' Windows systems. We have already submitted our software for malware analysis through the Microsoft Defender Security Intelligence portal https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission , and the result confirmed that our software contains no malware.However, one submission status still remains "pending," and in the meantime, our users continue to receive false positive alerts, severely impacting their experience and our busines

  2. Trojan: Win32 / Casdet! Rfn OVER Zotero on W10

    My W10 laptop is infected with the "Trojan: Win32 / Casdet! Rfn" that windows defender (WD) detects when I use the Zotero in the version of the program installed on the laptop, which also syncs with the Zotero in the cloud. I have tried to solve it, definitively, using the WD, the Microsoft Safety Scanner and Malwarebytes Free and uninstalling and reinstalling the Zotero "stand alone" from my laptop, but shortly after starting the Zotero the Trojan appears again, always in a folder with the same name hanging from root paths / Zotero

    Trojan:Win32/Bluteal.B!rfn False Positive?

    Thank you so much & I'm sorry I thought it was considered low end, I haven't researched it's detection status lately but it's good to know it's decent with this false positive exception. I found this Toms Guide post about a similar detection but in a slightly
    different location too.

    Windows Defender found Trojan Win32/Bluteal.B!rfn

    False Positive by Windows Defender ? Win32/Critet.BS

    @G_963

    Found thread in ZHPCleaner forum.

    Dectection du trojan :Win32/Critet.BS

    ZHPCleaner 2025 Télécharger pour Windows 11 / 10 / 7

    Updated Windows Defender definitions to 1.263.740.0 and downloaded ZHPCleaner from author's site. It passed security scan so hopefully the issue has been resolved with false positives.

    Try manually updating through Windows Defender Security Center - Virus and Treat Protection Updates and determine if supercopier is still detected.
