Windows 10: Chat agent feedback complaint

Is there a way, ANY way, to contact microsoft without navigating their horrendous circular-tree of making the user find the hyper specific issue they're addressing, or using their app? Wanted to ask before they shut THESE help forums down, too.I was just on chat help for over 2 hours with multiple agents who couldn't solve a basic problem even with detailed information. It took the first agent over an hour to basically just confirm the problem i described to them in the first place. I have other issues i want to escalate which they refused to assist with providing contacts for.I'm not interest

agent incompetent complaint

Thank you for your feedback. I was probably not clear. I was hoping someone could gve me a contact submit a complaiint with microsoft. That was the reason of my post. So far i never had to contact MIcrosoft. I posted my request in different ways on che community i got no answer.

I tried to contact them on the chat, before the one i posted i had other 2 chats wiith other agents. horrible service: they disconnected they said they trasnferred me and nothing happened.I tried to call the tool free number,all the option gave the same message: online, and one of the web address given was wrong.

To make the story short, someone can tell me:

1) how to submit a complaint with MIcrosfti;

2) in the last time everytime i travelle, i change my internet provider my outllook 2017, where i have different email connectcted, get blockedi it asks continuosly the password, even if i type again and again it askes that;

3) i try to connect on the web, the system start with the security path send a code to the recovery email, that unfortunately it is another MIcrosoft email and i get stuck;

4) after hours with microsoft i was able tounderstand i could change my recovery email and use a gamil ( where i do not have this nightmare);

5) how???? the agent did say the path properly; the agent says it take 30 days to be effective in the meantime i would be blocked but i will have access to my account??????

6) the agent prosed to create an alias that wuold work with all account but he was not able to explain how it would work; he admitted he did not know;

7) PLEASE IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP?

Bing Chat - How to Delete

Hello I followed instructions in attachment Bing Chat 1 and tried the last two steps. It took me to attachment Bing Chat 2. However, Bing Chat was not listed. Do you suppose it’s not listed for my Windows 10 version? I use Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge Jerry
