Windows 10: Problem with W11 and Wifi

Hi,We have multiples users this afternoon that lost their ability to connect to Wifi. The option disappeared.We tried to reset the network options, delete the drivers so we could reinstall them... Nothing works. The Wifi card appears disabled and when we try to enable it, it fails. I succeed by disabling it from somewhere else while already disabled and enabling it again but still, we can't connect to it. When we tried, the small window at the bottom right opens for a couple of seconds but nothing happens.The wifi card is an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211.Thank you for your help.

I'll tell you how I fixed an identical problem on a ASUS laptop that had run perfectly on Windows 7 and ran well on W10 from January until the Anniversary update in early August. I tried everything I found on this forum and two others. Nothing worked. The last thing someone suggested was disabling the adapter and using a WiFi dongle. Problem continued. Nobody suggested changing the wireless network adapter. I bought and installed an Intel 7260 WiFi card and just used the driver which was downloaded on the reboot after the install. All problems solved!!

I must have wasted two months reading and trying everything. Even the manufacturer support inferred I needed a new machine though they sent me a Windows 8.1 driver to try, with the same result.

I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to determine if they white list any cards and see if they have suggestions for a compatible card. They may want you to buy another laptop but if the cards aren't white listed, a simple card swap to one compatible with Windows 10 seems to be the answer.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
