    I didn't understand what you meant.

    The driver I suggested is for the model "G5 KE". Is this your PC model?

    On the Gigabyte website, I noticed that there are also the models "G5 ME" and "G5 GE".

    BSOD gygabyte g5 kf

    I recently purchased a new laptop, a Gigabyte G5 KF (i5-12500H, RTX 4060, 460GB M.2 SSD, and 8GB RAM). It has been giving me many BSODs with the following messages: UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION, WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR, and SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. I have tried all possible ways to correct these errors. I have used the sfc scannow command, tested the RAM with Memtest86+, and found no errors. I have also executed the chkdsk /r command, but nothing. I also tried updating all the laptop drivers from the official Gigabyte website, including updating the BIOS drivers, but the blue screens continue. I have exhausted all my options for repairing this. I don't believe it's hardware-related but rather a driver issue. When I enter the reliability monitor tab and compare when the blue screens occurred, it only says this:
    "Description The previous system shutdown at 7:05:11 PM on ‎4/‎12/‎2024 was unexpected."

    Additionally, I found this:

    Should I return the computer? Or can this problem be fixed? It's worth mentioning that most of the time this happens when the computer is unplugged.
