Windows 10: msconfig file "disable all" option killed all login passwords

help! i was trying to troubleshoot my daughters windows 10 laptop because it was very slow - Memory running at 100% all the time. i selected msconfig file and in the Services tab I disabled all and rebooted the laptop. now it does not matter what menu comes up it does not recognize the password for the user or admin. i think i deleted some files with the passwords. I cannot get into windows, since it does not recognize the password. i cannot use the troubleshooting recovering screens, since it does not recognize any passwords. do i need to take the harddrive out and connect to it to another la

as you have already tried to disable the login password from netplwiz, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Right click on Start and select Control Panel.
• click on Categories and select Large icons.
• Click on Power Options.
• In the left navigation pane, click on Require password on wakeup.
• Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.
• Select the option, Don't require a password and click on
  Save changes.

Disabled all msconfig services by accident and cannot login

This is fixable. Try the password sign-in option on the login screen. If it's unavailable, read below.

(If WinRE doesn't accept your password, create a USB setup disk from another computer, connect the USB disk to your computer, and boot from it. Access WinRE. You won't be prompted for a password.)

Disabled all msconfig services by accident and cannot login

I was having issues updating an app so I followed these instructions but I skipped the "hide all" step

Press Windows Key+R.

• Type msconfig and press Enter.
  
• Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items.
  
• Select the Services tab.
  
• Check Hide all Microsoft services.
  Note: Skipping this step may prevent your computer from rebooting correctly.
  
• Click Disable all.
  
• Click Apply then click OK.
  
• Click Restart.
  

When I restarted my PC it said "something happened and your pin isn't available". I tried to go to troubleshoot to fix the issue but, whenever I go to fix startup settings it says to choose and account and type the password. Whenever I type my correct password it says it's incorrect. I'm not sure what to do and extremely stressed. Please someone help me, I can't afford to reset my PC as I have important files on it that I cannot lose.
