Windows 10: I cant type bitlocker key because my keyboard doesn’t work

so, I installed windows update. after restarting I have to enter bitlocker key. I have key etc. but my keyboard doesn't work, I can't enter anything neither numbers nor letters. after some time keyboard backlight goes out and doesn't light up when I click. it doesn't react at all and laptop itself turns off after a minute

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!

 

Bitlocker Recovery Key Keyboard not working

Hello there I seem to have problem regarding bitlocker recovery steps. I do have key ready but the numbers are not being added when I type with my keyboard I have tried changing keyboard as well but it doesn't seem to work at all.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
