Windows 10: Game crashing on me due to a access violation.

The game im trying to play is crashing on my constantly after 3 or so minutes of playing making it practically impossible to play. Access Violation crashing games

So I just got the access violation again while playing, and I have all non-microsoft related services disabled. I recently performed a clean boot as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The game Destiny 2 has been constantly crashing on my PC since the launch about a month ago. During the beta I had the same crashing issues with the same errors. Windows is up to date, all drivers are
up to date, my BIOS is up to date, nothing is overclocked. I've made sure both the Blizzard app and Destiny 2 are allowed to communicate through Windows Firewall. I've enabled/disabled Windows Game Mode. I've ran memory tests overnight with no errors, I've
ran graphics card stress tests with no errors. I've monitored PC temperatures, nothing is overheating, I've monitored CPU/Memory usage while playing, and it never spikes into high numbers. I've taken my computer apart and cleaned everything very
thoroughly. I've fiddled endlessly with in game settings. I've made sure nothing else is running in the background while trying to play in an attempt to conserve memory. I've tried manually capping the games frame rate by
altering the CVARS.xml, I've tried every suggestion I can find on various forums/posts. I've completely reinstalled Windows, downloaded only Blizzard/Destiny. Nothing I do matters, I keep crashing and the crash report is the exact same every time.

GPU: GeForce GTX 660

RAM: 8gb

OS: Windows 10 v1709

some games are crashing when i close them

it depends on the computer. some computers ignore the access violation and nothing happens. others catch it and the game crashes anyway if you want to close the game then open the task manager and do end task for the process of the game. the game wont do an access violation if you do that
