Windows 10: Win+R to start cmd but emerge two windows: the windows terminal & the old cmd

Hi,Lately I've been troubled by this question: When I press win+R to start cmd only to find there are two windows on my screen, one is the windows terminal but with only a border and transparent content ; the other is the old cmd window. I've inserted a screenshot of that for you to check. I try to search it on the Internet or ask AI, but in vein. I have set the windows terminal as the default terminal. And when I click the windows terminal icon on my start-up page, sometimesor most of the time nothing happened. It would only start running when I click it as an administrator.When I run a C++

CMD-Terminal starts with "the system cannot find the path specified"

Hi there

I am kinda frustrated and can't solve this issue with my CMD-Terminal starting with the "the system cannot find the path specified" message. Even if I start it with admin-rights the problem remains the same. What are your suggestions? Here pictures from my issue (my OS is in German):

Running cmd (in Win+R) opens black terminal console

Windows 10 [Version 10.0.18362.207].

A strange thing happened after I changed settings for the terminal (played with fonts and legacy mode) and return back to original (actually default).

Now when I run cmd (in Win+R) it opens black terminal console (without command prompt).

If I switch to the legacy mode it opens ok, with command prompt, though I don't want to work with legacy mode terminal.

If I open a terminal using icons and start menu, it opens ok.

I wonder if someone has met such a problem, what can be advice to fix it?

  it reboots returns to diagnosing PC

  Diagnose and repair fails

  I move to advance options
  
• 
  will not reset windows , I click on CMD
