Windows 10: For a few days my PC has been extremely slow, despite low CPU usage. What can I do?

These are the data of my PC.Prozessor IntelR CoreTM i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz Installierter RAM 16,0 GB Speicher 1.82 TB HDD , 119 GB SSD SAMSUNG Grafikkarte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2 GB The PC is protected with Avast Premium Security. Suspecting a problem, I scanned the PC with the ESET online scanner. Nothing significant was found, only "unwanted software." The hard drive space is quite full. However, I've already moved some files to the external drive. The PC still ran smoothly, despite the full storage. What's the problem? Please help me. Thank you in advance.
