Windows 10: How do I fix my pc that is stuck in a loop

I am having an issue with my PC where after I input my pin, I’m brought to my desktop but I am stuck in an endless loop. The monitor displays my desktop for a second, turns black, and then displays my desktop again as if I just input my pin all of the desktop shortcuts reload on the screen every loop cycle. I’ve tried resetting my pc, turning it off and on, reinstalling windows locally and through cloud, launching my pc in safe mode. Nothing seems to work. The problem doesn’t appear until after I input my pin. The display is fine in the sign in screen. I could really use some help with thi

Stuck in Reboot loop after power cut

Hi,

We understand your concern and appreciate the time and effort that you have invested in to fix the issue.

Before we proceed, I would like you to state which troubleshooting steps have you performed bedsides the mentioned to fix the issue.

As per the description, I suspect that you might be stuck in a reboot loop. I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if it helps

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
