Windows 10: Not able to make calls on Phone Link on PC

Had to reset up a bunch of stuff on my computer. Has been awful.Somehow, I am unable to take and make calls with phone link on my PC or switch from phone to PC during a call. Looking for an answer I got: The "Allow this PC to access your mobile devices" is sorta grayed out. I don't have an organization; "Settings managed by your organization" seems to be the holdup. I have UAC set to "off." What do I need to do to fix it?

Phone Link on Windows 11 app - transfer call to PC ghosted out

I have the same issue. I have a Samsung A55s from which I was able to 'Transfer Call to PC', but it has now stopped working. As suggested earlier, all other connectivity between phone and pc works, but not the call transfer.
