Windows 10: Why my laptop is not entering in sleep mode?

my laptop is not going in sleep mode. Neither power button, nor sleep buttons. Not even the shortcut is working for putting the laptop in sleep mode. I tried in the setting to check the lid clos options and power button option, it is alright "sleep"I tried taking help from a microsoft assistant through chat and through giving control, but even she couldnt figure it out. Kindly help with the issue.

LAPTOP NOT ENTERING INTO SLEEP MODE

I am experiencing a sleep problem with my laptop. Whenever I attempt to put it in sleep mode, it only gets locked and doesn't actually enter sleep mode. It remains active and only becomes locked, failing to enter sleep mode. Additionally, the power button light doesn't blink as it should in sleep mode; instead, it remains steady.

My laptop is fully updated and running on windows 10. Recently my laptop does not enter sleep mode after the set time it is supposed to enter sleep mode, also the laptop starts up automatically when in sleep mode with the lid closed.

Do any of you have any idea what the cause might be and how to fix this problem?

I ran a power efficiency diagnostics report with the following errors:

Platform Power Management CapabilitiesCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) Disabled

USB Suspend:USB Device not Entering Selective Suspend

System Availability Requests:System Required Request

Are any of these errors preventing my laptop from entering sleep mode?

Your diagram does not show the part that I suggested you look for.

It's just a text file. Look for the line Power Setting GUID: 3c0bc021-c8a8-4e07-a973-6b14cbcb2b7e (Turn off display after)
