Windows 10: Request to Merge Accounts

Good day,I only have one email address but somehow two different accounts. Each has its own MS ID, but both are registered under *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Lost password on an Old Account, any way to merge accounts?

I doubt Wiz will be able to merge the accounts. However, he should be able to get you access to the old account, he'll just need to know what the email address was that you originally registered it under and he can change the email address associcated with the account once you give him the necessary info and then you can request a password reset.

AFAIK, having multiple account isn't technically against the rules unless you are using the second account to get around posting restrictions. Like if you were banned or have infractions that prevent you from posting on the forums and use the second account to post.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

2. Why did you create a new account?
3. Why do you want to merge them?
