Windows 10: my headphones are not being discovered. please help

Hello, I am having a problem connecting my headphones to the laptop. When I am trying to connect them, it is not being discovered. My headphones work fine, and there is no issue in them; they can connect to all the other devices but not my laptop. I have been trying to reconnect them for 2 hours. Yesterday it was working fine, but today they are not. Please help.

Thank you for the quick reply. However, after following all your steps I still cannot discover my headphones.

Please note that drivers for SHB5800 headphones do not exist.

Drivers are not supposed to be necessary for audio devices thanks to A2DP.

hope you or anybody has another suggestion.

bluetooth headphones not discovered

I am running windows 10 pro that was upgraded from windows 7 pro. Somehow, it does not discover the new device which is Bluetooth headphones.

I have tried every suggestion offered by various website with no success. Is this a problem because windows 10 was upgraded from windows 7?

Any and all help appreciated.

 

Samsung Level On Headphones Not Discovered.

My Alienware Alpha (Windows 10) will not discover my Samsung Level On Bluetooth headphones. I Have the latest drivers installed, I ran the hardware troubleshooting. The PC will discover and connect to other Bluetooth devices. The headphones will connect
to other devices. But for the life of me, I cant get the Alpha to discover the headset. Any Help is appreciated.
