Windows 10: How can I fix an audio glitch? I am not even sure if it is an audio glitch

Greetings to everybody! I would like to look for a solution to this particular issue that I'm dealing with at the moment. I have a Lenovo V15 ADA Windows 11, and the main issue is with Bluetooth; it sounds like an audio glitch.Here is how the bluetooth tend to function:- It does connect properly.- But it keeps switching mic and audio repetitively.- Audio keeps disappearing and returns very fast, which makes a video and audio lag or not load.- Imagine at the settings with your wireless earbuds or whatever device audio is connected, audio disappears and appears like it is blinking very fast, a

Audio Glitches

Can someone help? I was trying to record a minecraft video by using the Game Bar Capture, I recorded for 13 minutes and I stopped the recording. I watched the video and the audio was stuttering and glitching. For example, the audio was freezing and playing
over and over again! The whole video was fine and smooth. But every time I record I get this audio glitch bug thing.

So when watching YouTube videos or any other type of audio the audio glitches and creates a ssssszh like sound. But after restarting the audio affect goes away but then back again. Please Help!
