I LOST EVERYTHING WHEN WE HAD A POWER SURGE, I WAS ABLE TO REINSTALL WINDOWS AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL OPTIONS ON THE BLUE SCREEN, HOW DO I RESTORE MY DESK TOP, I AM SICK ABOUT WHAT I LOST. CAN YOU HELP ME WIITH THIS? GEEK SQUAD SAYS I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO AN EXPERT, I WENT THERE, HE SAID I NEED A NEW COMPUTER, I HAVE A LENOVO IDEAPAD110, IT IS 9 YEARS OLD AND HAS WORKED FINE UNTIL THE STORM. SO I HAVE A NEW COMPUTER AND HAVE THE LENOVA UP AND CHARGED IN HOPES I CAN GET MY FILES BACK.

Regarding to the Question how to click on "reset" without Mous because the issue is on it. You can use the button "Tab" in the left upper corner in the Keyboard.

As the power surge is a dangerous happening that will surely affect your device as well as the Ethernet, here are the steps we suggest that you do in order to be connected to the internet again:

• Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands.
• Update the network adapter driver.
• If that doesn't work, roll back the network adapter driver.
• Temporarily turn off firewalls.
• Temporarily turn off any antivirus or malware-prevention software.
• Uninstall the network adapter driver and restart.
• Use network reset to reinstall network devices. Note that this step is the last option if the first six steps doesn't really work.
