Windows 10: Getting help to unblock sites previously accessed

Recently, some of the websites I used frequently became blocked. However, I can access the same websites from a different computer. I assume that somehow the windows 11 settings are off since the blocked websites on this computer are not accessible with Google Chrome and Firefox either. I need online help please

• Go to Settings > call+sms filter.
• Tap blocked numbers.
• Tap and hold the number to unblock and tap unblock in the popup menu.
