    Refund for Windows 11 key?


    I purchased a key for Windows 11 yesterday only to find out that it will not work for my configuration. I have spent the last 3 hours in a dead end loop trying to locate a pathway to request a refund and deactivation of the key. There was no recourse available in the order history page unless I'm missing something. Thanks for your help in this matter.

    How can I refund a Windows 11 key?

    I bought a Windows 11 key thinking I could make my new PC windows 11. I found out it doesn't mean the requirements. How can I get a refund?

    Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
